Use of this store constitutes an acceptance of all terms and conditions

By 'Company' these terms and conditions mean 'A Taste of Asia' its holding company, owners or operators.

Any indication of price given by this website is an invitation to the Customer to make an offer only and no order of the Customer placed with the Company in pursuance of a quotation, estimate or indication of price or otherwise shall be binding on the Company unless and until it is accepted in writing on the Companys’ order acknowledgement form and signed on behalf of the Company

Any order or part thereof may be declined

All products are subject to availability, change and/or substitution without prior notice and at our discretion. If by the time an order is processed, a product is found to be out of stock we may supply what we consider to be an equivalent (of no lesser value). If you do not wish this to happen please make a note on your order accordingly.

Although every endeavour will be made to fulfil agreed delivery dates and schedules the Company shall not be liable to the Customer or to any third party for any loss direct or consequential sustained by reason of delay or non- delivery. The Company is not responsible for delivery time. Delivery times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and bank holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. Longer delivery times may be incurred if a product(s) is out of stock.
Any product offered with free delivery, means it has to be collected from us.
Payments via Cheque may incur extended delivery times.

Except by mutual agreement in writing no order for goods may be cancelled by a Customer and without prejudice to any other right of the Company in the case of goods ordered to a Customer’s specification the Company will normally only agree to such cancellation upon condition that the Customer pays to the Company all costs of whatsoever nature incurred by the Company in connection with such supply of said goods.

No representation, warranty or indemnity is given by the Company that the goods do not infringe any letters of patent, trade marks. Registered designs or other rights.

All brochures, drawings, illustrations, descriptions (including weights and dimensions) and other particulars, whether contained in or accompanying quotations or issued separately or indicated on the website, are intended to present only a general idea of the goods described, and are by way of information only and shall not constitute a sale by description. The Company reserves the right to vary the specification of goods without prior notice.
